• How does this work?

  • Fortune 500 companies outsource their call volume through Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then allows companies, such as MNJ Client Services LLC to find agents, such as yourself, to work from home and connect with the Fortune 500 companies in need of services. You must go through a certification course to service the company you choose. Once certified, you will begin to provide your services and start taking inbound customer service calls from home. Everything is done electronically over the computer making the process VERY SIMPLE. You will utilize your home computer with a call center headset to receive calls from the company you choose to service. You will also learn during your certification course on how to login to the company systems in order to provide service. It’s just like being in a call center, except from home!

    Working from home allows you the ability to still pay bills but still spend time with your family. It allows you to avoid commute, office drama, and additionally you save on spending.

    Your able to choose who you work for and the pay you receive will depend on the company you choose to provide your service. You choose the hours you work, whether that’s full time or part time on a week-to-week basis.

• How can I get started?

  • Its very easy to begin partnering with MNJ Client Services LLC and launch your work-at-home career. View the simple steps below that provide a brief overview of our on-boarding process. If you have any further questions, Don't hesitate to reach out. We are eager to help you.

    1. Please complete our online application to be considered for a CSP position with our company.

    2. Once your application is reviewed & approved by a member of on-boarding team, you will receive email communications regarding the next-step in the process.

    3. Complete registration on our clients portals and complete your on-boarding paperwork with MNJ Client Services LLC.

    4. You will receive welcome and follow-up emails to ensure you are mindful of the additional resources provided to you.

    5. View available jobs from our clients, review the information provided on each position and once you are ready to select a client, Begin the process of enrollment and leave those PJ's on. Its time to work at home!

• Am I an employee?

We are here to help you connect with Fortune 500 Companies seeking your services as a WAH freelancer. Our goal here is to ensure your success working from home. We do not tell you how to work, when to work, or who to work for. You are your own business and have full control over what you choose to do.

    You must complete an agreement Independent Contractor Agreement with MNJ Client Services LLC in order for us to sign a contract with the client you choose to provide your services to. We do not provide you with equipment or cover certification costs in order for you to be eligible to provide services.

• What about taxes and when will I get paid?

  • This is a great question, and very commonly asked!

    Upon successful completion of enrollment in a client certification course you will begin to go through phases in the course. Some clients have "Earn while you learn" phases where you are paid while servicing during the course period. This allows for a quicker opportunity to earn revenue. Once you have certified and completed a clients course, You are eligible to start servicing immediately and begin earning revenue. Typically its anywhere from 4-6 weeks before you will receive your first invoice.

    This is why we suggest enrolling in a client course ASAP and preferably one with a closer starting date. Our commitment to you also involves keeping you motivated during this time, and ensuring your success!

    As for taxes! You are classified as an independent contractor partnered with MNJ Client Services LLC and will be responsible for your own taxes. We do not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099-MISC form at the end of the year if you made over $600 while registered with us. We advise to meet with a tax specialist if you have anymore questions. As an active agent of MNJ Client Services LLC you will have access to the CSP Online Hub and be able to view your Pay Invoices.

• What states can I work from?

  • Must be in the United States.

    • MNJ Client Services LLC requires you certify and service solely in the approved states within the United States of America. We do NOT hire CSP's to work in off-shore countries.

    At this time MNJ Client Services LLC is not supporting opportunities for residents of the following states:

    • California

    • Connecticut

    • Maryland

    • Massachusetts

    • New York

    • Oregon

    • Wisconsin
